She combines her extensive background in corporate finance, business development, and creative direction to lead the company’s vision of providing high-quality, customizable pool solutions. A graduate of Loyola University in Maryland, Maggie began her career in New York City, working in consulting at PricewaterhouseCoopers and corporate finance at HBO. These experiences honed her strategic acumen and set the foundation for her entrepreneurial journey.
At Ranch Pools, Maggie seamlessly blends her expertise in business operations, marketing, sales, and finance, serving as the creative director behind the company’s vision and growth strategy.
Maggie's entrepreneurial spirit is matched by her passion for fitness, pilates, fashion, and exploring the vibrant restaurant and bar scene in Austin, Texas, where she resides. As a leader, Maggie is dedicated to driving Ranch Pools forward with innovation, integrity, and a commitment to excellence, ensuring every project exceeds customer expectations.
Burton Fowles
COO
Burton Fowles serves as the Chief Operating Officer of Ranch Pools, where he is the driving force behind the company’s innovative approach to affordable pools and customer satisfaction. A proud graduate of The Citadel in Charleston, South Carolina, Burton brings a unique blend of engineering expertise and leadership to his role, having spent over 10 years in the Oil and Gas and Solar industries before joining the Ranch Pools team.
Known for his Southern charm and strong work ethic, Burton embodies the company’s core values with a dedication to exceptional service and a customer-first mentality. His deep knowledge of engineering and operational efficiency ensures that every Ranch Pools project meets the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship.
Beyond the office, Burton is passionate about adrenaline-fueled activities, including sailing, off-roading, and surfing, which reflect his drive for rugged adventure and pushing boundaries.
