Ranch Pools

All pool sales are final, and we do not offer returns or refunds. For pool installations, we provide a 21-day support period from the date of delivery. If any issues arise related to faulty setup or installation, you must notify us within 21 days so our team can assist in resolving the issue.

All pool motors are backed by a 1 year limited manufacturer warranty, and heater units are are also subject to their manufacturer warranties.

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery and contact us right away if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect so we can evaluate the issue and work toward a resolution. Also note that shipped pools have specific requirements for approval of your delivery, which are communicated at the time of booking of your shipment.

We also ask customers to keep a few important things in mind prior to installation. We do our best to provide clear product information, installation guidance, and support resources to help ensure a smooth setup experience. Before beginning your installation, please thoroughly review all included guides, FAQs, and product details.

Because our tanks are manufactured from galvanized steel, natural cosmetic variations are normal and should be expected. This may include scratches, scuffs, minor dents, or traces of grease or sealant on the interior or exterior surfaces. These cosmetic imperfections do not impact the function, structural integrity, or durability of the tank, and Ranch Pools is not responsible for existing or future cosmetic imperfections.

Please also note that stock tanks are nested in sets of three during manufacturing and shipping, meaning all listed dimensions are nominal. Actual sizing may vary slightly by a few inches from the stated dimensions.

Our covers are backed by a limited 90-day manufacturer defect warranty. Returns or refunds are not available outside the terms of this warranty policy.

Our foldable pool covers are designed to fit the majority of stock tank pool setups; however, because each pool configuration can vary in dimensions, water level, fittings, and overall setup, we cannot guarantee an exact fit for every installation.

That said, we do offer a variety of adjustment recommendations and solutions to help optimize your cover’s fit and performance if any issues arise. Please feel free to contact us for assistance or additional guidance.

Please also note that all warranty claims must follow the proper warranty review process. This includes identifying the source of the issue and completing troubleshooting steps with a technician in order to determine whether a manufacturer defect is present and eligible for warranty coverage.
